Intellectual Property

•  All study materials, presentations, videos, and resources are property of SOC Genius.
•  Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Student Responsibilities

•  Attend classes on time and maintain professional behavior.
•  Do not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of SOC Genius resources.
•  Maintain confidentiality of login details.

Payments

•  Fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before course access.
•  Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways.

Refunds

•  Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy (see below).
•  Non-payment or chargebacks may result in suspension of access.

Limitation of Liability

•  SOC Genius provides training for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific job placements, although we assist with career guidance.
•  We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

•  SOC Genius reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access if Terms are violated.
•  Students may request account closure anytime by emailing support@socgenius.com.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to courts in Bhopal/Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction.
