Refund policy

Introduction

We strive to deliver the highest quality training experience. However, we understand circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary.

Refund Eligibility

•  Before Course Start: 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to course commencement.
•  After Course Start (First Week): 50% refund if requested within 7 days of the first live class.
•  After First Week: No refund will be issued, but students may request batch transfer or future credit at SOC Genius’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

•  If a student is removed due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
•  Failure to attend classes or utilize materials after enrollment.
•  Technical issues from the student’s end (internet/device failures).

Batch Transfers

•  Students may request to shift to another upcoming batch (subject to availability).
•  Additional administrative fees may apply.

Refund Process

•  All refund requests must be emailed to support@socgenius.com with enrollment details.
•  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
